Adjacent to the main hall is a well-equipped galley shaped kitchen with its own servery. The kitchen was designed to cater for a range of function types and can easily cater for up to 60 people for a 3 course sit-down dinner. It has two identical cookers each with 4 gas hobs and an electric fan oven. There is a microwave, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, an industrial dishwasher which enables rapid cycle dishwashing, two sinks and a wash-hand basin. The kitchen is 4.8m (16ft) long by 2.1m (7ft) wide.

The kitchen is accessed through an adjacent servery area which provides an excellent food service facility in its own dedicated area. The servery is an ideal area to provide table service for more formal events or for events requiring self-service or buffet style service. An installed water boiler simplifies the making of coffee, tea and other hot drinks. The servery area is 2.8m x 1.5m (45 square feet).
