Rates for Hire of Ewell Hall
Hire of Ewell Hall includes use of the kitchen and servery area, catering equipment, tables and chairs, the piano, and the free Wi-Fi. Use of the Sound System is also included but it must be requested. A code for accessing the Sound System will then be issued.
| Monday to Sunday Hires between 07:30am and 11:00pm (10:30pm on Sundays)* Time needed for setting up your event and clearing away afterwards must be included in your booking request and paid for at this rate. The minimum hire period is 1 hour. | £35 per hour |
| Security, Damage and Cleaning Deposit Payable for all bookings in addition to hire charges, and refundable after your event. See Terms and Conditions for details of Deposit usage. * The deposit required for 13th and 14th birthday parties under the current trial is £200. The Ewell Hall Manager reserves the right to charge an increased deposit amount in other cases if deemed necessary. Hirers will be informed in advance should this be required. | £100* per hire |
Out of consideration for our neighbours, loud music – that can be heard outside the hall – may not be played after 10:30pm. However, your event, or clearing up after your event, may continue quietly up until 11:00pm.
No VAT is charged on Ewell Hall hires or deposits.
