A WELCOMING VENUE AVAILABLE TO HIRE FOR YOUR EVENT OR ACTIVITY
Ewell Hall is available for hire by local individuals, families, organisations and businesses, for private use, or for a range of public events.

Ewell Hall is an important building and part of Ewell’s history and heritage. Its architecture and features make for a very welcoming venue and this feeling is enhanced by the wooden floor, very high ceiling and large windows. The hall was recently redecorated and re-equipped and it is fully centrally heated. Good lighting enables use throughout the year. For more details of hall capacity and facilities please see here.
Ewell Hall has a fully equipped kitchen and servery area. Details of catering facilities may be found here.
The hall is equipped with Free Wi-Fi for the use of hirers and their guests. Just connect to BT_GUEST_Wi-Fi on your phone, tablet or laptop. No password or login is required. Our Wi-Fi can support up to 13 concurrent users with download speeds up to 75Mbps.
Set the mood for your event with use of our sound system, monitor, projector screen or upright piano. Stream music through our sound system via Bluetooth from your mobile phone, tablet or notebook or use the hall’s Free Wi-Fi. Make announcements, hold quizzes, or conduct your class, meeting or presentation with the aid of our wireless and wired microphones. Use our monitor with its wired HDMI connectivity, to make presentations, show photo albums, or connect to the internet via your laptop or tablet.
There are separate toilets for Ladies and Gentlemen as well as a generous disabled toilet with a baby changing unit. An entrance lobby, cleaning equipment room and the folding table storage area complete the layout. All areas are on the same level. Outside Ewell Hall we have an area for bikes and we are planning a covered area for buggies*. A dedicated parking* place will be available for an event organiser’s vehicle once the provision of a crossover is completed.
Hire of Ewell Hall is subject to Terms and Conditions which are designed to keep the hall and its equipment in good order and available to Hirers at modest cost. The Trustees have responsibility for promoting the use of Ewell Hall by the wider community and also for maintaining it for future generations.
Security cameras and a video recording system are in operation at the hall 24/7 for the purpose of prevention and detection of crime, safety and good management. The system is operated by the Trustees of Ewell Hall, the Parochial Church Council of St Mary’s Ewell, Ewell Parish Church, London Road, Ewell KT17 2AY.
