Covid-19 Terms and Conditions
During the Covid-19 pandemic special conditions and measures apply which must be followed to ensure safety of hirers, future hirers, visitors, staff and volunteers. These conditions change according to the prevailing circumstances and government guidelines and legislation. Hirers are required to ensure they comply with these government requirements by checking at gov.uk/coronavirus. During this pandemic we may need to ask some hirers to provide a written Covid-19 risk assessment.
If the Covid-19 requirements change between the time the booking is made and the time of the event, the prevailing requirements must be met. Failure to comply with current legal requirements will result in a booking being refused or cancelled without notice or recompense.
